Jeff works with the inmates in the largest prison in Belize. He is the Director of Inner Change For Freedom. This is an 18 month discipleship program run by Prison Fellowship Belize. It is a Christ centered program that deals with trying to change the person's heart, and encourages them into an intimate relationship with Jesus.

Jeff also oversees Freedom House, a Christ centered after-care facility where recently released prisoners can be discipled and integrated back into their communities.
